The reason I felt compelled to share this video is to encourage everyone reading this to pray for my beloved country, India, and its wonderful people. A brutal incident took place in Bihar where a thief, caught attempting to steal a vehicle, was subjected to a horrifying act of vigilante justice. Instead of involving the police, the people took matters into their own hands by putting chili powder in the thief’s private areas.

This incident has deeply troubled me, highlighting the lack of mercy in the hearts of those who do not know Jesus. It reminds us of the urgent need to spread the gospel across India, as it is the message of Christ that has the power to transform hearts. Until then, we cannot remain passive—let us never underestimate the power of prayer and petition.

Lord Jesus, have mercy on those who do not show mercy. You, who forgave those who nailed you to the cross, taught us the meaning of true forgiveness. I pray that your arms of love would reach over India as well. Amen!
